Day 2: Kuala Lumpur with Petronas Twin Towers Observation Deck & Batu Cave (Private)

Explore Petronas Twin Towers and nine other wonders of Kuala Lumpur. Have a perfect experience of Malaysian culture, traditions and history. You will explore a prefect blend of historical and modern landmarks of Kuala Lumpur. Visit Batu Caves, National Mosque and Thean Hou Temple and admire multi-racial society of Malaysia. Shop and explore at China Town, Central Market and Little India. King Palace, Old Railway Station and Merdeka Square are beautiful photogenic attractions to cover. A personal driver takes you by private vehicle to each site of cultural and historical value.

The magnificent Batu Caves are one of the top tourist attractions in Malaysia. this 100-year-old temple features idols and statues erected inside the main caves and around it. Incorporated with interior limestone formations said to be around 400 million years old, the temple is considered an important religious landmark by Hindus. Duration: 1 hour.

During your visit to the Petronas Twin Towers, ride up to the observation deck, located about 557 feet (170 meters) above ground, and take unforgettable photos while you marvel at the cityscape from the Skybridge. Duration: 1 minutes. Ticket included.

Head to Chinatown where you can stroll the streets and shop alleyways packed with food stalls selling a wide range of foods and local goods. Once you've mastered the art of negotiating for bargains. Duration: 30 minutes.

See magnificent Merdeka Square, a symbol of Malaysian independence and one of the most picturesque squares in the world. Admire architectural masterpieces of modern and colonial era. A 95-metre flagpole, one of the tallest in the world, is located at the southern end of the square Duration: 15 minutes.

Central Market (Pasar Seni), another indoor bazaar not far from Chinatown. The spacious market offers a variety of foods and distinctive souvenirs along with traditional Malaysian goods. Duration: 45 minutes.

Visit the Lake Gardens and enjoy a moment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Duration: 15 minutes.

Next, see the stunning National Mosque of Malaysia (Masjid Negara), set in 13 acres of beautiful gardens. Admire the bold approach taken by its architects who designed it in the late 1950s as a symbol of the aspirations of the newly independent nation. Duration: 20 minutes.

The National Monument is a sculpture that commemorates those who died in Malaysia's struggle for freedom, principally against the Japanese occupation during World War II and the Malayan Emergency, which lasted from 1948 until 1960. Duration: 30 minutes.

The Malaysian equivalent to Buckingham Palace, Royal King's Palace (Istana Negara) attracts thousands of visitors with its golden domes and Islamic-style architecture. Although you can’t explore the palace, you can learn about the Malaysian monarchy. Duration: 20 minutes.

Drive to Thean Hou Temple, a 6-tiered pagoda temple atop Robson Heights. Completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989, it was built by the Hainanese community of Kuala Lumpur and is dedicated to the goddess Tian Hou (The Heavenly Mother). Duration: 30 minutes.

Day 3: Historical Malacca Trip from Kuala Lumpur Including Lunch (Private) (L)

Our English Speaking Driver cum guide pickup you at 8am from your hotel centrally located Kuala Lumpur city . After getting picked up at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur, begin the 2-hour journey in the comfortable air-conditioned car on this private tour. Enjoy the scenery during the drive and learn from the guide all about the history of Malaysia, in general, and Malacca, in particular. 

Stop at the Church of St. Paul, the early-16th-century church that is the oldest of its kind in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Duration: 40 minutes. Then marvel at the tomb of St. Francis Xavier before heading to Stadthuys, an old Dutch word for 'city hall.' Known as 'Red Square,' thanks to its red interior, the mid-17th-century Dutch building is a classic example of Dutch colonial architecture. Duration: 25 minutes. Ticket not included. Visit Malacca's Christ Church, built in the 18th-century, the oldest functioning Protestant church in Malaysia. Walk around and take some memorable picture of Malacca Duration: 30 minutes.

Walk over to the Malacca River, once a 'road' that made Malacca an important trading center 500 years ago. You will love the walk guaranteed . You can also enjoy River cruise along Malacca river with additional charge (RM 30/ per pax) to see the sights from river. Duration: 30 minutes. Ticket not included.

In Chinatown, stroll down Harmony Street, a road named for the diverse amount of religious temples that are crammed into this part of town. See the oldest Hindu temple in Malaysia as well as a Chinese-style mosque and a Chinese temple dedicated to Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism. Duration: 30 minutes.

Then pay a quick visit to St. Francis Church. A domineering presence in the skyline of Malacca, this twin-spired neo-gothic structure was built on the site of an old Portuguese church by a French priest, Father Farvé, in 1856 Duration: 10 minutes.

Lastly, pay a visit to Straits Mosque Malacca. One of the beautiful mosque of Malaysia. It is built on a man-made island, Pulau Melaka. Once you finished above mention visit our driver will send back you to your Kuala Lumpur hotel with sweet memories of Malacca. Duration: 15 minutes

Then you will also visit Penang Hill where you will ride a funicular train to its peak at 833m above sea level to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Georgetown and mainland Butterworth. Colonial bungalows can be found around this hill due to the British preferring to stay in a cooler climate compared to the hot and humid environment in the city. Duration: 2 hours. Ticket included.

After that, you will visit Kek Lok Si Temple. Built in 1891 as a small shrine, it has since expanded to become one of the most majestic and largest temples in South-East Asia. Since its founding in 1930, the “Pagoda of Ten Thousand Buddhas” is considered one of Penang’s most beautiful architectural wonders as it is able to incorporate 3 cultures into one structure – Chinese octagonal base, Thai middle tier and Burmese Crown. A 30.2m Guan Yin – Goddess of Mercy bronze statue was erected in 2002 on the highest point of the temple. It can be reached via an Inclined lift at the middle. On the way, we will stop for some free sampling of Penang’s famous White Coffee/ Tea at Coffee Tree and also at Crown Pewter for demonstration – Witness how Malaysian handicraft is made.
