Day 1 - Arrival in Kuching
Arrive at the capital of the Sarawak State and meet your driver for a short transfer into the citycentre of Kuching. Check into your accommodation and spend the rest of the day free at leisure.Kuching is a great and comfortable city to get around in. You can walk along the waterfront andvisit various museums, all within close proximity. Kuching is famous for its delicious foods,including the Sarawak Laksa and the Kolo Mee dishes!

Day 2 - Bako National Park (B,L)
After breakfast, you will be collected and transferred to the Bako National Park for an amazing jungle trekking experience. Walk the trails, keeping your eyes open for wildlife, including the Proboscis Monkey, Silverleaf Monkey and Macaques.

Day 3 - Semenggoh Orang Utan Center (B)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Semenggoh Orang Utan center. As you learn about these magnificent animals you will be able to watch as they emerge from the forest at feeding time. The center is also home to a number of other animals including porcupines, crocodiles and gibbons. In the late morning you will return to the hotel and your afternoon will be free.

Day 4 - Mulu National Park (Mulu Caves) - (B)
After breakfast, meet your driver at the hotel lobby for a transfer to the airport for your flight to Mulu by Flight MH 3752 @ ETD 1055/ETA 1235 HRS
Upon arrival at Mulu Airport, and head to the hotel to freshen up. In the afternoon, meet your guide and go on a trek towards the Deer Caves. The trail follows a walkway through the thick and ancient forest. Walk through the immense cave and learn about the history before visiting neighboring Lang cave. Exit the caves and relax at the Bat Observatory before walking to the hotel.

Day 5 - Mulu National Park Culture and Caves onto Kinabalu (B,L,D)
Start the day with an amazing tour that begins with a longboat ride up the river. Head to the Penang longhouse of Batu Bangan where you will learn about the history and culture of this once nomadic tribe. From here, continue on to the caves which you will have plenty of time to explore before enjoying a picnic brunch and a swim.
Return to the hotel to gather your things and then head to the airport. You will fly to Kota Kinabalu by Flight MH 3252 @ ETD 1215/ETA 1310 HRS where you will be met and transferred to your new hotel.

Day 6 - Kinabalu Trek Day 1 (B,L,D)
Collect your pack lunch and transport to the starting point (Timpohon Gate). Here you will begin your mountain trek. The pace will be relaxed. Upon your arrival at Laban Rata you can check into the accommodation and relax. Dinner will be served at 19:00.

Day 7 - Kota Kinabalu Summit (B,L)
Wake up at 02:00 hrs for mountain summit climb, attempt to reach the summit before 0600 for sunrise. After summiting, descend back to Laban Rata for breakfast before then continuing down to Park HQ.Once there, you will get your luggage and climb completion certificate. Your driver will meet you and transfer you back to your accommodation in Kundasang, with a lunch stop en-route.

Day 8 - Kinabatangan River Experience (B,D)
After breakfast, meet your driver and travel to Kinabatangan River. Drive through the narrow winding road of Bilit village and arrive at Bilit jetty. The boat captain will arrange your bags in the boat, assist you with your safety jacket and transfer you across the River where you will begin your wildlife adventure. You will be briefed on the Lodge, safety procedures and activities during your stay. Collect your room keys and settle in to your room. At 16:00 you will embark on a river cruise.

Day 9 - River Cruises and Relaxation (B,L,D)
Wake up for dawn river cruise to oxbow lake in search of wildlife in the area, return to the lodge for breakfast. You have the whole day free to relax. Lunch will be served at the lodge and in the afternoon you will depart for another cruise down the river. After dinner, geared with your headlamp or torch, take a stroll along the boardwalk to look for interesting insects or other wildlife that may turn up after dark.

Day 10 - Kawag Danum Valley (B,L,D)
After an early breakfast, meet your driver for a transfer to the town of Lahad Datu and then onto Kawag Danum Rainforest Lodge. Enjoy a welcome drink served while checking into your room and learning about the facilities on offer. Lunch will be served in the dining room. In the afternoon you can stretch your legs on a beautiful guided walk along the Riverine Trail which is around 2.5km (2 hours return).

Day 11 - Ali Baba Waterfall & Streams Trek (B,L,D)
After breakfast, start the day with a trek to the Ali Baba Waterfall. If good luck is on yourside, you may spot some wildlife such as bearded pigs, elephants a variety of birds. Return to theMain Lodge to freshen-up. Lunch is followed by another guided walk along the Kawag River. Ifweather permits, you may also squeeze in some water tubing but please note that swimming is at your own risk.

Day 12 - Departure Day (B)
After breakfast, hop in a vehicle and return to Lahad Datu. You will be dropped off at the airport in good time to catch your departing flight.
